you want used to create your Personal Poster.  
 How to find the  'Image (IMG) Number'

Your check or money order MUST be made payable to Stuart-Jackson Agency, Inc.  (It's the official name of the company responsible for creating your Personal Poster.)   DO NOT make your payment to Michigan Biker Events .Com or your order will be returned.

(1) PRINT OUT THE ORDER FORM - it will fit on a standard letter size sheet. (A Link to print the Order Form is below.)

(2) FILL IN THE ORDER FORM - Please print legibly.

(3) INCLUDE PAYMENT - check or money order for $49.95 PAYABLE TO:  STUART-JACKSON AGENCY - NOT Michigan Biker Events.

(4) MAIL payment and completed Order Form to the 
address shown on the Order Form.
